Nordic Studio worked closely with the owner and architect's team to create renders for the health system adjacent to this project. The building would be part of an overall campus so materiality was key and needed to demonstrate being of the same palette as the campus.

The client provided nordic studio with simple 2D plans in a dwg / CAD format. Our team of visualization experts were able to extrude the concept into renderings for our client's financing and leasing pursuits.

Mixed Use - Development Proposal in Dallas' Victory Park District

A proposed mixed use development in the heart of Dallas adjacent to the Perot Museum. The mass timber building was meant to serve as retail on the street level and a gallery on the upper level. Nordic Studio's scope also included a high quality video of the project to aid in marketing and fundraising efforts.
